Here is a 8 color vision test thats going around Facebook lately. I got 7 out of 8. Although, I doubt if the test is a professional test, but it is fun and quick. It may be more of a shade differential test. A couple of the colors are slow to see, and one I never saw.

I got 8/8 but really struggled on the dark blue one ... vaguely more than a guess.

More of an eye test than a set of optical illusions: but then optical illusions are more about pattern recognition than deluding the senses.

True, although a friend of mine that got 8 correct said that he saw absolutely no letters on the purple and thus totally guessed and got it right.
I jokingly replied to that "maybe it was a good intuition test". He is science oriented and replied that it may be more of an indication of the computer moniter screens.
