What's the point except to live life the way you want? It's not anyone else's life. It's not like anyone else will notice today or 1000 years from now for the majority of humanity. As long as you don't hurt anyone willingly (because let's face it.... it's a headache and bs thing for the one doing the hurting anyway.) then live life the way you see fit!

For the sake of argument, let me say that even though 'meh' is a big part of my life, sections of life are often better with less meh. Meh can also be a bad trend.
I'm not saying emoticons that smile will save us, but life is better with interest.

Personally, I've been indulging in the heart style of living lately. Sort of like the mindfulness style. But the Alan Watts 4 minute video above makes sense to me too.

While not a fan or a follower of Alan Watts, I don't mind his stuff and think it worth consideration.
